This included tasks such as contacting Kris the client and setting up appointments for Ashleigh and Josh to meet up with Kris to show him logos and other designs we had created for him as a group. I also had to make an appt at the end of the development for a time for Kris to come in and sit down for our presentation. The appointments with Ashleigh and Josh were always arranged at Kidson's for the ease of the client. However the presentation was arranged for here at tafe where we could use the interactive whiteboard to present our end products.
Tania and I got together on the Thursday prior to the Monday presentation and sat down and penned out ideas for a presentation, making sure all of the class' efforts were mentioned and explained to the client. We then printed out everything we could to hand to Kris as we were presenting so he could have a clearer and up close idea of the end results.
I created a timetable to put on the blog to let everyone know what there role was and when the deadline was for having this completed which was updated when the task was completed.
I also had to go around and check on every individual person and see where they were up to with there work to make sure their deadline was met.
Finally I made the last appt with Kris for the presentation for 1pm Monday 19th September here at Wagga Tafe. I spoke to everyone and let them know of this time and date as well as sending text messages and posting on facebook to let everyone know.

Meeting with Kris
I rang Kris this afternoon at about 2.30pm to see if he would like to sit down with Ashleigh and Josh and go over the approved logos from our group. He said Wednesday would be fine and preferred 9am as the time.So therefore the meeting will be at Kidson's Cycles @ 9am Wednesday 31/8/11
I also advised Kris that he would receive an email from our class before 5pm with the list of approved logos for him to peruse before Wednesdays meeting.

I was just wondering if you would know who your local stationery printers are (e.g. who prints your letterhead/ business cards),
as we are trying to locate the exact colour values for the orange and navy blue. I am asking because I want to keep the existing colours

I rang the client Kris Thursday 4/8 to oragnise an appointment.
The client asked for Monday 8th August @ 11am. Just in case that wasn’t an option for everyone I also asked what other days – he said Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th August 2011 @ 11 am would also suit. We were to send him an email confirming the questions and the time and day of appointment so he knew exactly what was happening.
Josh sent an email with the questions and confirmation date and time to Kris on Friday 5/8
I rang Kris again Saturday 6/8 as we hadn’t heard back him yet. He received the email but was too busy to send one back. Everything was right for Monday 8/8.
Monday 8/8 Kris sent an email confirming he received the email this morning before the meeting.
